Easter Weekend

Before I share pictures with you all I just want to say how excited I have been all day reading everyone's blogs, tweets, and Facebook updates about how wonderful Easter was.  I am so blown away at how much God's people can accomplish across the world on one day.  Wouldn't it be wonderful if every Sunday was like that?

I also had a great Easter weekend.  It started off with some good Friday outlet mall shopping!  It was a wonderful girls day out and I think I need another one real soon.  Eric preached at a Good Friday service Friday night.  I was so bummed that I couldn't go.  I always go with Eric whenever and wherever he preaches, but the church he was at had no childcare.  That was not going to fly with Miss Molly.  I could totally envision her running up on stage while Eric was up there.  She would too!  So we stayed home and sent him good prayers while he was preaching.

Saturday Molly and I did nothing, like absolutely nothing.  Well, we did go outside and take these...

I figured while the sun was out and shining we would take advantage of a nice day!  The forecast for today called for a chance of rain, so I wanted to make sure we got some good pictures before the rain.  Which of course, it didn't rain at all today!  Oh well!

Then on Saturday, before this photo opt...Molly decided it would be a smart idea to pick the cat up, no problem right?  Well, she picked him up upside down.  Billy did not like that, not at all!  His back claws got her poor little face.  See...
I was so nervous that he literally scratched her eyeball, but he didn't.  At least we can't tell if he did or not.  I am sure he didn't.  So Molly cried for a couple of seconds, then she yelled at the cat, "No scratching, Bubba!"  Then she tried to pick the cat up again!

Today was a wonderful day at church for us along with everyone else in America.  We had a ton of people come and visit The Ridge, which was awesome to see so many people invite other people to experience church with them.

Then after church we came home and relaxed, and it was so nice!!  We did nothing, and it felt awesome!!  So I leave you with some boringness tonight!  I will be back tomorrow to show you what Molly and I wore to church today, despite Eric constantly rolling his eyes at us!
