A little now...more later...

This week has been crazy, but in a great way! Like I mentioned before, my mom is here visiting. She leaves tomorrow morning, but Eric's parents are coming this next weekend to visit. So Molly won't have to wait long to be entertained by some new people!

One of the reasons my mom came this week was because we went to the Women of Faith conference. On Thursday we volunteered at the conference, which allowed us to receive free tickets to the conference on Friday and Saturday. We organized all the will call tickets, and we had a good time just talking and working. Then we went to the conference last night and all day today. Well, most of the day today...my 8 month pregnant body could not handle sitting for 8 long hours! Plus, the chairs were not that comfortable!

This was the first year the conference came to Milwaukee, and they plan on coming back. This is fabulous, since I won't have to travel any where to go, and more importantly...this area needs this! So desperately the women of Milwaukee need to hear about Jesus' love for them, and experience community with other believers, especially women!

So last night we enjoyed the comedy styling of Anita Renfroe and a concert from Mandisa, be jealous, oh yea :) Did I mention for volunteering, our tickets were in the front row?! Mandisa practically touched me, okay, so maybe not, but I totally could have got a high five if I wanted to...I am just not moving that fast these days. Today we enjoyed a concert from Steven Curtis Chapman, which I bawled through the whole thing, and we heard amazing speakers. I will be back with some pictures...but for now I need to go to bed and get prepared for church tomorrow! Have a great night and fabulous Sunday!!

I've always wanted to go to a WOF conference. I'll have to check to see if it'll be in Nor Cal.

Glad you and your mom had a wonderful time together! How awesome were those tickets?!

Have a great Sunday!
