5 Ingredient Peanut Butter Cookie Bar Recipe

The teasing is over...after I posted this picture...
I had many people asking for the recipe, so the wait is over, here you go!

5 Ingredient Peanut Butter Cookie Bars
3/4 Cup peanut butter
2 Large Eggs
1 Cup packed Brown Sugar
2 Cups Bisquick (or some sort of all purpose baking mix)
1 Bag of M&M's (I used just plain, I am sure you could use any)

-Preheat oven to 325 degrees
-Spray 8x8 pan with cooking spray
-Mix PB (I spray the measuring cup with cooking spray, easy in easy out for the PB!) and eggs together
-Mix in brown sugar
-Stir in baking mix...I totally used my hands to combine everything by this point
-Dump the M&M's in and mix together the best you can
-Spread the mixture in the pan, I again used my hands to get all the dough in the pan, I patted it down to fit nicely, and all the M&M's that didn't stick in the dough, I just poured those on top
-Bake for 35-40 minutes, it should be golden brown
-Enjoy with a nice glass of milk!

{I pinned this recipe on Pinterest and followed the link to here }
